1. Fill out the donor form and mail this with your check (for new donors only) You may download the form on: http://www.meansusa.org/index.php?page=forms We assume this means donors new to MEANS, not necessarily to HELP.
2. Make check Payable to: MEANS

4. All donations are processed every third Saturday of the month
5. 6% is deducted from the total donation for administrative Fee. MEANS is managed by volunteers. We do not have a paid staff.
IMPORTANT: Our Recipient Number is: R1613.
This number needs to appear on all donor submissions, initially using the MEANS donor form provided on their site. That way they know how to credit the donation.
